Slingshot Customer Service Issues

I recently had fiber installed and switched from Spark to Slingshot after being assured by a representative that I was getting the fastest fiber available to meet my son's needs for fast internet while he does his college work and gaming. However, since the installation last week, it seems that the internet speed does not match what was promised. My son has even noticed that it is slower than the copper broadband we had with Spark. I chose Slingshot specifically for gaming purposes based on the information provided to me. I am now seeking clarification as to why the internet speed is not meeting the expectations set by Slingshot.
