Slingbox Customer Service Issues

After years of using Slingbox, I recently moved to a UK apartment with SKY Q service. I am unable to find my Cisco ES [redacted] remote and box listed on your site. The box labels are RC [redacted]/R, CP [redacted], EC [redacted], with the main label showing Cisco 32c[redacted]20c, 1TB, ASR9000. I have tried checking the drop lists multiple times to no avail. My M1 is updated and linked to my new address. If I connect an HDMI cable from the SKY box to the M1 using 5 RCA cables (red, white, yellow, blue, green), will this setup function without HD quality? I split my time between the UK and Florida, and the Slingbox Pro has been reliable in the past. I would appreciate any assistance as I am feeling very frustrated. Thank you, Rodger.

My Slingbox, which I believe is a [redacted] model, used to perform reliably for several years. Recently, it stopped working while I was away, displaying a Problem code P31 and indicating that it is not currently accessible. I have checked for power, internet access, and ensured that the power and network LED lights are on, ruling out firewall or antivirus software issues. Despite following troubleshooting steps, including attempting to reconfigure the Slingbox by holding down the reset button until the network LED blinks twice, I cannot complete the process as the Slingbox icon blinks indefinitely. Visiting the Slingbox Support site shows a message stating that all network systems are functional. I am uncertain about the next steps to take in order to restore functionality to my Slingbox and would appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue.
