I opened an account at Sleepmaster Grootfontein branch. When they delivered, the product was damaged. I returned it for an exchange but they didn't have my preferred item. They mentioned canceling the account back in September, but no action has been taken yet. I haven't received a refund or any updates. I hope for a resolution as my account is still accruing instalments.
