Hello, I recently logged into my Slack through our SSO Okta and can no longer access my old Slack account. I need to access old conversations and data. Is there a way to combine these two accounts or transfer the conversations? Originally, I used my old Slack account before we implemented Okta and SSO. While I don't mind using the new account, I would prefer to have them merged so that contacts don't need to re-add me with the new account. Currently, there are duplicate profiles for me in the list of contacts. My original account is [redacted], and the Okta account is [redacted] Please advise on the possibility of merging these accounts and let me know if more information is required. My Slack is not functioning properly at all. New messages don't appear unless I manually click "Load new messages," and even then, it only works about half the time. In Direct Messages, my colleagues' names are missing, leaving blank circles next to their messages. Slackbot is also missing. I'm stuck as Away and have missed messages asking why I've been inactive until I manually refresh multiple times. I can't use Workflows or tag other teams or colleagues in my messages. Slack is crucial for my work efficiency, and not being able to view messages is incredibly frustrating. I'm uncertain if this is related to the recent update, but I require a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am seeking more details and clarification on the alleged infringement so I can address the issue.
