I recently won an auction bid on Skyauction.com but have been unable to book my hotel stay due to issues with the site loading. This problem has persisted for months across various computers, despite multiple attempts to contact Skyauction via their website and email. Although I received a single response on 11/6/[redacted] acknowledging my concern, I have not received any further assistance. I need to finalize my vacation plans for the first week of December in Las Vegas, but I am unable to proceed without a resolution from Skyauction.

I made a purchase on skyauction.com, ref #[redacted], but have not received any updates on the shipping status. I would appreciate an email confirming whether the item will be shipped or if it's unavailable for delivery. If not available, I request a refund to the credit card I used for the purchase.
