I witnessed a man undressing near the lockers at Sky Zone, very close to the bathrooms. This made me feel extremely unsafe, especially with my three young children with me. Despite informing the staff immediately, they did not take any action. I was further alarmed when the man approached us closely while undressing again. I am deeply disappointed with Sky Zone's handling of the situation and their lack of response. It worries me that my concerns were disregarded by three different staff members, including a manager. It is unsettling that such behavior was not addressed promptly. This incident has left me feeling uneasy, and I feel compelled to share my experience with other parents. The staff's dismissive attitude towards the matter was concerning, and I urge them to review any security footage that may have captured the incident. This experience has tainted my son's birthday celebration and has left me reluctant to return.

Last May, we scheduled a party for my kids at your facility in May [redacted]. We initially planned for just four kids in the Sarasota upstairs area with a total price of $[redacted], payable partially in advance and the remainder on the day of the party. Unfortunately, we felt rushed during the event and were unable to allow the kids to open their presents. Furthermore, we were not offered a table downstairs for the kids to enjoy the rest of their time. Despite understanding the time constraints, the experience was marred by too many kids from other parties, limiting our kids' enjoyment. The most concerning issue is that upon consulting with my attorney regarding possible fraud on my account, it was discovered that we were charged not once, not twice, but four times. Although one charge was refunded, close to $[redacted] was still withdrawn from my account in total. This situation has made me hesitant to book future parties with you and has caused me to question the integrity of your billing practices. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
