Order Date: 4/24/20 at 4:20 AM Order Number: [redacted]01 Expired Products: Trilogy Hydrating Mist Toner 3.6 oz - 2 bottles To SkinStore Staff, I received my recent order containing 2 bottles of Trilogy Hydrating Mist Toner. However, both products display a Best By date of February [redacted], meaning they are approximately 3 months past their expiration. I kindly ask for a replacement with unexpired items. If the product is unavailable, I request a refund to my credit card. I am disappointed as I purchased this as a birthday gift for myself (April 16th). I mistakenly ordered skin repair balm instead of cream from a company that advertises quick shipping but used USPS causing a 6-10 day delay. I want to return the unopened package with REFUSED on the label for a refund, as the company only offers the balm, not the cream I initially wanted. There is no response from their "down" phone lines. Can I expect a reply?

I need to return the damaged Epionce Renewal Eye Cream. I require information from you to complete the return process. My order number is [redacted]12. The bottle does not dispense any cream despite multiple attempts; there appears to be no product inside. I am disappointed and frustrated by the difficulty in getting in touch with your customer service. I dislike having to endure unrelated ads when calling your phone number, especially being disconnected during the process. This experience makes me wary of future transactions with Skin Store. I have been attempting to reach out for 3 days without success. The chat option is also consistently unavailable. Please provide a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past few days regarding my order #[redacted]25. The product is being sent to my home address even though I specified a different shipping address during checkout. I have not been able to reach anyone, and the contact information provided seems to be unreliable or connects me to outsourcing companies. I am disappointed and concerned about this situation. I hope the product will be delivered promptly and that the charge on my credit card will match the quoted amount. I will refrain from ordering from this company in the future and plan to inform my credit card company of the issues I am experiencing.

The phone number listed on your website seems to be causing a lot of inconvenience for users. I'd like to initiate a return for unopened makeup items. After the call got disconnected, she did not reconnect.
