However, the refund actually took 4 days to process. After providing the order number, there were further delays in fulfilling the order, with unclear reasons provided. Upon requesting cancellation, an employee apologized and attributed the delay to the product's unavailability. The cancellation was eventually processed. The employee initially mentioned a 5-day refund timeline, but now claims there would be no refund at all. This sudden change in information is confusing, especially since I was given specific instructions regarding the refund process.
