I utilized the 25% off discount, but I don't see the adjusted rate. I have attempted to resolve these issues with multiple Sixt employees without success. No satisfactory explanations were provided, even in person, attributing it to the rental being a luxury vehicle. I appreciate your prompt assistance. T.S.
