I did not authorize any transactions from my account, yet $85 was deducted in November. When I tried to cancel on the website, after I successfully canceled, I was directed to a page that only had an option to add an additional $25, which seems like a scam. There was no clear way for me to complete the cancellation process. Despite my numerous attempts, I was unable to cancel. Today, I sought legal advice and have collected all relevant documentation. I will take further action as I have retained evidence of the problematic page. Your actions are unlawful by not allowing users to cancel easily and by concealing the cancellation option until an email is sent. My legal team is currently preparing correspondence, demanding an immediate refund of all charges dating back to November.
