I placed an order for the BY7003M Mini Slide N Pump on June 25th. However, despite receiving multiple emails stating that my order is still processing, I have not received the product. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and demand a full refund within 5 business days. Otherwise, I will escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. The delay is unacceptable, considering it has been over a month since I placed the order. I have attempted to contact customer service as instructed in the payment disclosure, but the phone number provided is not functional. Please act promptly to cancel my order and process the refund as soon as possible. I will inform my contacts, family, and friends about the poor service I have experienced with your company.

I placed an order for a PivoTrimmer on May 19th, expecting delivery the next Tuesday. Unfortunately, I received an email saying it was out of stock and would be shipped between May 25th and May 27th. It's now June 3rd, and I still haven't received any updates or the product. I needed it urgently, and this delay is frustrating. When can I expect to receive it? I hope the product works better than your delivery service.

My registration was confirmed on July 5, [redacted], and I completed an order for six Rex Swiss vegetable peelers on July 16, [redacted]. The order number was SGS-[redacted]. The $30.25 payment for this order was deducted from my checking account using my Visa debit card on July 19, [redacted]. I received messages stating the items were out of stock and on back order. I requested to cancel the order via email on August 19, [redacted]. An email on August 26, [redacted], confirmed the cancellation request. I followed up with another email on September 8, [redacted], seeking a refund of $30.25. I am disappointed with the service, especially since it was my first online order. Unfortunately, this experience may deter me from future online purchases. I simply request a refund of my money.
