I contacted Silicon Dust at [redacted], but reached a voicemail box instead of a live person. They operate from 9-5PT, not EST, and mention they will return calls promptly. I have a HDHomeRun Connect Quatro tuner under warranty with Device ID 107BF25B that seems to be faulty. Initially, it received around 60 channels, with half showing well, but now only picks up 4. Swapping the antenna cable to a TV restores reception of approximately 60 channels.
