I made an error trying to order 6 tickets at 3:30 but the system only allowed one, leaving one in my cart unnoticed. I eventually ordered all 6 at 3:00pm, not realizing the extra ticket until I checked the receipt. I am retired and disabled and wanted to treat my family. I'm seeking a refund for the mistakenly purchased ticket as I only intended to buy 6. I am on a fixed income and can't afford this mistake. I hope for a fair resolution. I have reached out through email but have not had a satisfactory response, even after finding a support number on the website. Their customer service has been unresponsive despite promises to contact me. The online support system has been unhelpful, and the chat feature does not connect.
