I encountered an issue while trying to place my order on Fanatics.com. There was a problem with selecting 2-day shipping during checkout, which has happened with my previous order too. Although I was logged in with ShopRunner, only two items in my cart showed the black icon for expedited shipping, but my selected shipping method at checkout reverted to 8 days. This is the second time this has occurred. I urgently need some items by this weekend, and despite logging in and out multiple times, I couldn't get the correct shipping information to display. My order is supposed to ship today, so I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this promptly. Thank you.

I purchased three items from MLB.com, amounting to approximately $70 after a discount was applied. Each item had the ShopRunner eligible logo displayed. However, during checkout, I was being charged $4.99 for shipping despite being signed in to my ShopRunner account, which promises 2-day free shipping and free returns on the MLB website. MLB.com advised me to contact ShopRunner for assistance. I am seeking resolution to receive the free shipping per the website's offer. Thank you.

I've been trying to purchase a pair of black Marilyn jeans, size 16, but am having trouble differentiating the options available on the website. I prefer the plain waistband and need assistance in selecting the right item. The customer service number I called seems to lead nowhere, leaving me frustrated without any help. Could you please reach out to me after noon or provide an alternative contact method to speak with a representative promptly?
Additionally, I noticed a section on Skinny Xxx jeans on your site. Can you clarify the differences between Marilyn and Skinny Xxx to help me decide which one to purchase? I need assistance with starting a return at Vera Bradley. I logged into ShopRunner and initiated a return, but I am unable to specify the items I want to return, as the system is only allowing me to return the total order. When I click on the Vera Bradley link, it redirects me to their site, where I am given two return options: pay $6 or have it deducted from my refund. However, I should not be charged for returns as I used ShopRunner. The provided phone number is not functional, and I am feeling frustrated.
