Even upon gaining access, I struggle to log in without multiple attempts and often end up resetting my password. Of more concern, during a recent brief login session, I noticed an account on the top right of the screen marked as past due, which does not match my card number. Clicking on it was futile, and I was subsequently logged out. I am seeking guidance on accessing a secure website without password resets and assistance in resolving the mysterious account issue. I briefly tried the mobile app but refrained from granting extensive permissions requested by Shell before closing the app.

I encountered an issue using my Shell fuel rewards card on 3/12/22 at a local station, despite previous successful transactions. The error persisted after multiple attempts inside the store. Despite spending nearly two hours contacting support on 3/14/22, transfers repeatedly looped back to the initial representative or resulted in dropped calls. Eventually, I connected with Eva, who stated that due to the card's failure on 3/12/22, I would not receive the 30 cents per gallon discount or any compensation. The inconsistency in card performance raises concerns about Shell's customer service.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the accounting department. Despite providing the missing information during a recent call, my bill is now being sent to my daughter's address. This recurring problem arises every time I attempt to make a payment, as the system indicates missing data. Despite numerous corrections, my billing address has been incorrectly updated to my daughter's address. I urgently request that this be rectified without further delay.
