In April [redacted], I placed an order with your company for some music, but unfortunately, I never received it. The USPS attempted delivery but claimed they couldn't access my residence at Harvard University's "10 Akron Street" dorm in Cambridge, MA [redacted], which is unusual as they typically have access to our lobby and mailroom. The USPS delivery slip mentioned an attempted delivery and that the item was returned to the local post office at Harvard Square, but the post office has no record of it. The tracking number in question is 9[redacted] 4[redacted] 3[redacted] 69. I would appreciate any assistance regarding the status of this package. Thank you for your help.

I had the original piano sheet music for Scott Joplin's "The Entertainer" years ago. It was printed on high-quality paper and included an inner sheet with music on both sides. However, the copy I received from sheetmusicplus.com is a cheap photocopy, with smaller print making it difficult for me to use due to my visual impairment. The quality of the paper used is extremely poor. I am dissatisfied and would like to know how to return this product and receive a refund. If all your sheet music is reprinted on such cheap paper, I am hesitant to continue purchasing from your website. It feels like a display of greed rather than valuing customer satisfaction.
