I bought Shake'n Bake original for pork at my local Wal-Mart in Gloucester, Virginia. The bags were not the correct size, causing the mix to spill out and making more than half of it unusable. I ended up using a larger bag for the second pouch to avoid the mess. I have been a loyal Shake'n Bake customer for over twenty years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I have not visited a supermarket since the start of the virus outbreak in our country. As a senior with a handicap, I prefer to shop at private and dollar stores to avoid waiting in long lines for my groceries. While these stores may be more expensive and don't always carry every brand I like, I recently found a coupon that expired on March 31, [redacted], for $3.50. I am uncertain about how to renew this coupon since there is no expiration date, given the uncertainty of when life will return to normal due to the virus situation. I'm finding it challenging to afford food due to price increases and prefer simple meals like eggs or pancakes as my freezer and fridge are nearly empty. Living on a fixed income from Social Security makes budgeting crucial for me. Is it possible to receive coupons without an expiration date to help during this uncertain time? Thank you.

I am frustrated with the service I received for my TRX1000. Initially, I brought in my vehicle because I noticed issues with the clutches and shifting between gears. The mechanics only changed the belt, which did not resolve the problem. After three weeks, I had to return the vehicle as it was still experiencing the same issues. It took an additional two weeks for them to realize that the clutches needed to be replaced, which are now on back order for another two weeks. This delay not only inconveniences me but also impacts the time left on my warranty. I am disappointed in the time spent in the shop without a resolution and the extra money I will need to pay due to this. I hope to find a solution to recover the lost warranty time and ensure my vehicle is fixed properly.

I was preparing chicken tenders and discovered issues with both boxes of extra crispy ShakeNBake in my cabinet. One box had an open package with contents spilled and missing shaking bags, with stained mixture envelopes. The second box had a similar problem with one bag open, contents spilled, but included the shaking bags. The mixture envelopes also appeared stained. Both boxes had an expiration date of April 28, [redacted]. I plan to return them but can't recall where I purchased them. Possibly Walmart, Publix, or Ingles. I request two coupons for replacement boxes. I have both boxes stored to send back if needed. Thank you for addressing this matter. Tonight, when I opened the Shake N Bake box I bought at Publix to make dinner, I once again found that there were no bags to pour the seasoning into, making it the fourth time in a row this has happened. I pay almost $6 per box expecting to get the seasoning and bags included, so it's frustrating to have to find an alternative like a grocery bag and then wash it as my sandwich bags are too small. I understand mistakes can occur, but for it to happen four times consecutively is disappointing. Your product's price has significantly increased over the last two years, so I believe customers should receive the complete product as advertised, especially considering the cost.

I have a complaint regarding the Shake and Bake Extra Crispy Chicken I bought. Tonight, when I attempted to use it, the necessary plastic bags were missing for the shaking process. Shake and Bake has been a staple in my family; we enjoyed it weekly when I was growing up. I am typically pleased with Shake and Bake products. While I do enjoy the Barbecue Chicken Shake and Bake, my favorite remains the original recipe or extra crispy. I kindly request for future products to be double-checked to ensure the two plastic bags are included in the Shake and Bake packaging.

I recently bought a package of Shake 'n Bake and it did not contain any bags. I am a regular buyer of this product, and my husband loves his pork chops made with it. At first, I thought the directions may have changed and we were supposed to use our own bags, but that was not the case. I want to bring this to your attention so that you can check the production line for any issues.
I was able to use some small bags I had on hand, so I don't need a replacement. I just wanted to make sure you are aware of this situation to prevent it from happening to others in the future.

I bought two Shake 'n Bake products recently, but they didn't include the shaking bag. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned they changed the packaging for environmental reasons and now recommend using a container instead of a bag. However, the instructions on the box still indicate using a bag for shaking. I wasn't aware of this change, and when I addressed it with them, they didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

I have recently purchased 5-6 boxes of Shake and Bake Original and BBQ, and every box did not come with the required bags to coat the food. I experienced similar issues before COVID-19, but with the recent price increase to $5.79 per box, I find it unacceptable to receive incomplete products. I usually buy 4 boxes a month, and all of them were missing the bags this time. I am incredibly frustrated with this ongoing problem and will not be purchasing your product again. After over 30 years, I've decided to stop purchasing your product. Removing the shaker bags and increasing the price is frustrating. It's disheartening to see many upset customers on my local city's Facebook page. The individual responsible for this decision should reconsider. Despite claims of being environmentally conscientious, the product requires a bag. Thankfully, other companies continue to include the bag. I will no longer support Shake and Bake due to this disappointing choice. I'm confident that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer.

I recently purchased a shake n bake product for the second time in two weeks, and both times the box did not contain a shaker bag. I would like to know if you have discontinued providing the shaker bags with your product so I can consider other options. I have already reached out to you via email at [redacted] regarding this issue but have not received a response. If I do not hear back, I will switch to Oven Fry. To resolve this matter, I request a full refund for the two products I purchased since I had to improvise with a kitchen garbage bag to use your product. I hope this can be rectified as receiving the product without the shaker bag twice seems intentional rather than accidental.

After relying on Shake 'n Bake for the past 30 years, I am disappointed in the recent change to eliminate the plastic bag. The essence of the product is in the "SHAKE" part of its name, and now without a bag, it's inconvenient. While I understand the move away from plastic, it inconveniences the customers who now need to find an alternative like a heavier ziplock bag. It seems like a cost-saving decision at the expense of customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's time to explore a healthier option with fewer chemicals or provide a better alternative. This change has left me looking for other options and feeling like one less loyal customer.

This has been disappointing as it's essential for it to be a shake and bake product. Considering the price of around 5+ dollars for a dual pack, it does not come cheap. Hello. I understand the decision to stop providing plastic bags. However, my package did not mention this change. It instructed to use the plastic bag provided and discard it after use. I had to purchase bags separately and only found out about the change after searching online. I appreciate the environmental efforts but suggest updating the packaging to inform customers of the new policy clearly.
