Senville Customer Service Issues

The outdoor unit has power, and the fan runs, but the compressor doesn't start. The setup is a multi-tri-zone Aura system. The remotes activate the fans in each indoor unit, and the lights turn on. The system is just two months old and was working well until a power outage a week ago. I would appreciate it if someone could verify the voltage across the fuse on the motherboard while the remotes are trying to start the compressor. Could you also provide information on what the voltage should be and whether it is AC or DC, considering it's an inverter model? Thank you.
