I purchased a PXC550-11 wireless headphone, but I am having trouble connecting it to my Samsung smart TV. The device is not appearing on the TV, even though I successfully paired it with my mobile phone. I would appreciate assistance through a call or chat to troubleshoot and enable me to use this headphone with the Samsung TV. I prefer real-time help rather than receiving instructions via email. Warning to all consumers! I too believed Sennheiser was a top-quality brand, but I have had a terrible experience with their headphones. After three instances of them breaking easily, I have decided to never purchase Sennheiser products again. Recently, I bought the "HDR [redacted]" headphones only two years ago, and now the headset turns off after just 10 seconds, even with fully charged batteries. This kind of quality issue after just two years is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed in Sennheiser and now advise everyone to avoid purchasing their products. Consider buying from Sony or another reputable company if you want a device that will last longer.

I purchased a Sennheiser CX Plus true wireless earbud from Amazon.ca on May 11, [redacted] (order # [redacted]-[redacted]). I received it yesterday. Unfortunately, the left earbud does not work despite charging it overnight. The left earbud has no power, no light, no sound, and no touch control. The right earbud functions properly. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they directed me to reach out to you for a replacement. I have noticed a decline in Sennheiser's quality control based on my experience. While I understand there is a two-year warranty for each earbud, they tend to fail within a year for me, mostly due to the left earbud losing sound but still functioning otherwise. Although the warranty covers the replacements, I am disappointed by the frequent shipping costs. The last replacement lasted only six months before failing again for the same reason, surpassing the two-year warranty period. Despite ordering a new one this time, I received a faulty left earbud without any power upon arrival. You can refer to my warranty record under my email address in your system. Thank you. Frank Z.

I bought the Cx true wireless earbuds on October 31, [redacted]. They were working perfectly until about a month ago when their Bluetooth range decreased significantly. Previously, I could use them anywhere in the house, but now I have to stay in the same room for them to work properly. The issue I'm facing now is with the left earbud. The red light turns on, but no blue light appears. As for the right earbud, it alternates between flashing red and green, indicating that it needs to be paired. However, despite going through the pairing process multiple times, the right earbud still won't pair. I have the Sennheiser app installed on my phone but have been unsuccessful in pairing or using the earbuds.
