I need to report an incident that occurred at your store on November 16th. I traveled from Nottingham to shop with my daughter in London. While exploring the store, I tripped over a low transparent table placed by three young girls without noticing it, resulting in severe bruising to my right leg. My daughter helped prevent a worse fall, but the incident left me upset and unable to enjoy the day. The girls mentioned they would report it to management, so I am reaching out to ensure this was done. I am curious about the actions you plan to take to prevent similar accidents in the future. I have been coping with the pain by taking painkillers, and I am restricted from wearing tights or boots. Please advise on the next steps. My daughter can provide more details about the pop-up store, and I have photographic evidence available if needed.

On Saturday, the 16th of November, I visited your store on Oxford Street with my daughter after traveling from Nottingham. While exploring the ground floor for about half an hour, we encountered a pop-up store being set up by three young girls in an aisle. They had placed a transparent table at a low height in the aisle, causing me to trip and injure my right leg. Thankfully, my daughter prevented a worse fall. Although the girls promised to report the incident to management, I didn't pursue it at the time due to needing a break. The incident left me with severe bruising, making it difficult to walk and work.
I am concerned about the safety implications of having such obstacles in the aisles. I am taking pain medication and can only wear slippers at work due to my injury. This incident has significantly impacted what was meant to be a special day with my daughter.
Please let me know the actions Selfridge’s will take regarding this matter. I have photographic evidence of the incident if needed.
Best regards, M.B.

Dear Sir,
I recently received an email indicating that my items were returned to Selfridges for a refund. I never received the items and was not contacted by the delivery company. The parcel was returned to Selfridges without my understanding as to why. Selfridges emailed me stating the items were returned and that they would proceed with the refund. After contacting customer service, they mentioned trying to have the warehouse resend the items, yet I have now received an email saying a refund was issued. I want the items, not a refund. How can I receive the five items I purchased?
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Danny

Hello, I had a disappointing experience today at Selfridges in London and I need some assistance. Three weeks back, I purchased an Armani foundation. Unfortunately, I received two shades lighter than what I needed - a 3.5 instead of a 5.5. Today, when I went to exchange it, I encountered the same salesperson, Mitchell. He refused a refund, stating I had used the product. I explained I had only used a small amount to realize the error. Despite admitting his mistake, Mitchell's apology was insincere. I am requesting a refund for the product and suggest Mitchell receive further training on customer service. This incident has marred my previous positive experiences at Selfridges, and I am hesitant to shop there again. I would appreciate urgent contact from a representative. Thank you, Joanna.
