I need to inform the short sale lender about requiring an extension. The buyer's loan has been funded; they have signed all documents, and now we are waiting for the closing funds from the loan. Unfortunately, we will only receive their funding wire on Monday the 13th, as today's wire cutoff time has passed. The lender has assured me that their funds have been requested already and we should have them in our bank account when we open on the 13th.
