I did not receive my newspaper on September 6th as I was out of town. Upon returning on that Sunday, no paper was visible. It was too late to contact the Times, so I went ahead and purchased a paper. The following Sunday, September 13th, I did receive a delivery. However, on September 20th, there was no paper. After calling at around 9:00 am and being assured a paper would be sent, it did not arrive. I had to ask a friend to get one from the store. Throughout the day, I checked for a delivery, but nothing came. Surprisingly, this morning I found a paper at my front door. I live in a small trailer home community and spend much of my time outdoors, making it unlikely for a paper to go unnoticed. To my surprise, there was a paper on the deck this morning. This inconsistent delivery situation has me quite upset.

Despite the email last week assuring me the paper would be double bagged and not thrown into a puddle, once again, the paper was wet. I am frustrated and tired of this issue. Often, I end up throwing away the wet paper instead of reading it. The bag gets small rips when thrown, causing the paper to soak up moisture and become unreadable. I would appreciate the paper being hand-delivered to my door, which is under cover and just a short walk down the driveway with no stairs. This problem has persisted for too long. Additionally, I am disappointed that the paper arrives between 8:30 and 10:30. Today (Sunday), it arrived at 9:48 according to my ring camera, and I retrieved it at 10:02.
