As a dedicated Mariners fan living in Boise, Idaho, I face challenges accessing live games due to local blackout restrictions by Root Sports. Despite my efforts - including traveling to Tokyo to watch games - the MLB package doesn't broadcast the games I want to see. This situation is unreasonable, and it's not feasible for fans like me to travel [redacted] miles just to catch a game or two. Considering my fixed income and the high cost of cable TV sports packages, which were almost $[redacted] a month, a more affordable solution is necessary. I believe Root Sports should consider offering a non-cable or web-based live streaming package at a reasonable price. Many fans, like myself, have cut the cord on cable but still want to support our team. It's time to embrace modern technology and make Mariners games more accessible to all fans. Go Ms!
