To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at Seasons 52. A few months ago, my husband and I took our 3-year-old daughter there for a special evening, and she has been excited to return ever since. Last Saturday, we made a reservation for 5:30, but upon arrival, we were seated in a back enclosed area, isolated from the main dining room. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we felt segregated due to having a child with us.
When I questioned the hostess about this seating arrangement, she simply said it was how they operated. Our waitress did not offer any solution either. It was clear that we were being treated differently because we had a child with us.
This experience contradicted the family-friendly image the restaurant promotes in its menus and ads. We have been loyal customers at Seasons 52, often hosting events there, but this incident has left us feeling unwelcome. We will no longer be using the back room for our gatherings.

I visited the Dunwoody location in Atlanta yesterday and ordered a steak taco. Unfortunately, both tacos had meat with gristle and cartilage. When I brought this to the bartender's attention, they dismissed it as "subpar meat." The sous chef tried to assist but had no authority to resolve the issue. The manager attempted to discard the evidence, but I stopped him and explained the situation. To my disappointment, the manager walked off without taking any action, and the tacos remained on the check. This experience was truly disgusting, and I couldn't help but think about the potential danger if a child had ordered that dish. Since Seasons 52 has not addressed this matter, I intend to share my experience on various review platforms.
