I would like to request a modification for the inseam length on 2 pairs of scrubs in my upcoming order.
Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved as I attempted to contact customer service to address this concern before placing the order. Despite multiple attempts to call using the provided button on the website, the automated message indicated that all lines were busy. I proceeded with the order without resolving this matter.
Although I received confirmation that my payment was received, I have not yet received an order number, which is concerning as most online retailers provide this information promptly upon completing a purchase.
For further communication, please reach me via email at [redacted] I prefer email correspondence as I am frequently in the operating room and unavailable to take phone calls. It is crucial to rectify this issue before the order is processed and shipped.

I attempted to contact you countless times before placing order # [redacted], with no success. I understand that orders can adjust inseams on scrub bottoms for an extra fee. My scrub bottoms urgently need altering, hence why I placed the order. Even after numerous attempts, totaling over [redacted] calls from my iPhone, I have not been able to get through to request the inseam alterations. I have received four emails asking if the issue has been resolved, to which I have replied "No," only to be directed back to the phone line. This process is draining and unproductive, consuming the little free time I have. Your customer service has been extremely poor. I am still in need of the inseam adjustments and am at a loss on how to reach you. I have emailed, completed forms, tried calling, and yet no one has responded. I have reached my limit.
