I'm still waiting for a delivery since March 13th, and I haven't received any updates despite contacting customer service. My customer number is [redacted]24. I ordered steel shelving and a rubber mallet, and my cheque was cashed on March 17th. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order. Please resolve this promptly, or I will request a refund. Thank you. - Mrs. C Chambers

I placed an order for three items on April 13th along with a cheque for £66.28. My order number is S[redacted]7 and my customer number is [redacted]91. I received one item on time, but the second item was delayed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email, I have not received any updates. I was disappointed to learn that the second item won't arrive until the end of May or early June. Due to this poor service, I have decided to cancel the Barclaycard payment for the undelivered items. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could remove me from your mailing list. Thank you. - J. Betts
