Hi, I am a candidate from Schlumberger who recently experienced a disappointing interview process. When they called me for the interview, I made it clear that I only have work authorization and a social security number. They assured me that was all I needed to work in the USA. After a successful interview, I was asked to wait to sign paperwork, but later informed that they couldn't hire me due to my non-citizenship status because of ATF regulations. I tried to explain that even as an asylum seeker, I could obtain the necessary license, but my explanations were dismissed. I find it unfair to be told this after a lengthy interview process involving significant travel. I believe I was discriminated against, and no one provided a satisfactory explanation. I am considering following up on this matter. Thank you.
I have been a part of a private medical policy for a number of years, including the year of my car accident on 27/08/[redacted]. Despite having paid for my private medical insurance, I had to pay £[redacted] upfront for my first claim. I believe my insurance should have covered the £[redacted] bill from Bupa at that time. However, it seems they did not. I am seeking proof of payment to confirm that the bill was paid in full. I am also questioning the use of the funds I contributed to the policy over the years. If this bill is not resolved, I may need to settle it from my accident claim. I am requesting a refund of the £[redacted] I paid upfront and a detailed explanation regarding why my medical costs were not covered. I am addressing this matter directly, and unless it is resolved satisfactorily, legal action may be pursued. Miss Bose is currently handling this matter on your end. Sincerely, Paul Bluff
