Hello, I am inquiring about verifying the authenticity of Sandisk products I recently purchased without opening the sealed packaging. I was searching for a micro SD card for my Android phone with the capacity to expand to 256GB. I found a seller offering two new, sealed 256GB microSD cards at a lower price than the usual outlets. The seller has excellent reviews, but I am concerned about the significantly lower price. I have not opened or tested the cards yet. I value my hard-earned money and would like to ensure these products are genuine. If they are fake, I am willing to report them to the appropriate authorities. I wish Sandisk would incorporate more security features to prevent scams. Thank you.

I am using an 8GB thumb drive to store music files for my car stereo, a Sony receiver. However, during playlist play, some files are skipped. Research online suggests this is a widespread issue with thumb drives, not specific to Sandisk. Despite trying different things like using various discs, file types (mp3, wma, wave), and reformatting, the problem persists. I'm seeking assistance with my SD Card issue. About two years ago, I purchased a SanDisk Ultra 128GB Micro SD XC1 memory card that worked fine until recently when it vanished from my phone, rendering it inaccessible. I attempted to rectify the problem using various Windows tools to format the card, but all my efforts were in vain. Upon scanning it with Windows Defender, a virus named Trojan:Win32/Mocro!rfn was detected on the card. It seems that the SD card is resistant to formatting and all attempts at remediation have failed.

I need assistance with my SD card issue.
I purchased a SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSD XC1 memory card two years ago, and it has been functioning well until it suddenly disappeared from my phone, rendering it inaccessible. I attempted to resolve the problem by formatting it using various Windows tools, but to no avail. Windows Defender identified a virus named Trojan:Win32/Mocro!rfn when I scanned it. Regrettably, all attempts to format or fix the card seem to be ineffective.

I recently bought a Sandisk Clip Sport Go (32GB) and I am having trouble setting up the "Shuffle Songs" feature. I have followed the User Menu instructions by going to Music Options, then Menu Settings, and selecting "Shuffle On," but the same song keeps playing repeatedly. I have tried to set up Shuffle Songs multiple times by following the manual instructions, but it still doesn't work. I am frustrated with this product and considering going back to my Apple iPod.

I recently purchased a SanDisk with 32GB of space. However, despite having 16GB available, I am unable to save any data to the SanDisk in my mobile phone. This issue also occurred on my previous handset, prompting me to get a new phone. I've attempted to move photos and videos from my phone storage to the SanDisk card to no avail. Additionally, setting my camera to save photos and videos directly to the SanDisk card has not worked either. I suspect there may have been malicious software affecting its functionality. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to utilize the space I have paid for.

Dear Concerned, I have three Sandisk USB drives containing important data that have recently become write protected. Despite scanning for viruses and attempting various methods to unlock them, I have had no success. These drives were new and solely used for business, so there was no previous data on them. Due to the sensitive information they hold, I cannot risk losing the data by sending them out for repair. Therefore, I am reaching out to seek assistance in unlocking these drives. The affected drives are two 32GB Cruzer Glides and one 128GB 3.0 Ultra. Any guidance or an unlock code you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing issues with my SanDisk Ultra 64GB memory card since I purchased it. Occasionally, the memory card disappears, and some of my data vanishes without returning. This problem was affecting my phone which would restart automatically. I realized it was due to the memory card, so I removed it from my mobile. I kindly ask for your assistance with this matter. I bought a SanDisk 32GB Pendrive recently from a local store. After a week, I encountered an issue where I couldn't paste any data onto the drive. When attempting to format it, I found that it was write-protected. I've tried using different methods like Disk Utility on my MacBook, diskpart on Windows, and terminal commands on Mac like "sudo diskutil eraseDisk FAT32 "NO_NAME" MBRFormat /dev/disk7." Can someone advise me on how to resolve this problem or help me with a replacement for the product?

I bought a Sandisk ixpand flash drive 128GB on 01/15/23. Since then, I've had trouble transferring pictures and videos from my iPhone 10 64GB. I kept getting an error message showing a triangle with an "i" in the middle, saying it only successfully loaded 45 items. I tried starting over by reloading the app, but the same issue persisted. Even Best Buy couldn't fix it. I have the receipt, the flash drive, and the original packaging. Please send me a shipping label to return the defective product for a refund instead of a replacement. I prefer a hard drive over a flash drive. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I connected my SanDisk Clip Sport Plus to the computer to transfer files, but the computer suddenly shut down during the process. Now, whenever I turn on my SanDisk, it displays "refreshing your media" with a loading bar stuck at 10%. I attempted to reset it by holding the power and back buttons, both before and after letting it run out of charge and recharging it. Can someone advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

My drive appears to be corrupted as it does not show up properly in Windows. After extensive troubleshooting, including attempting to initialize it as a new drive volume in Disk Manager and trying various formatting methods and USB ports, the issue persists. Despite updating and reinstalling drivers multiple times and checking for updates, the problem remains unresolved.
I am frustrated as I paid a premium price for what I expected to be a fast and high-quality Sandisk product supported by Western Digital. The flash drive has been slow and underperforming, and now it has completely stopped working, leaving me greatly disappointed. I invested in the 512GB model hoping for both quality and storage capacity, but it has not met my expectations.
I hope to resolve this issue soon. While faster options from other brands exist, I require a flash drive with a slim profile around the USB-C port to accommodate my iPad case. Perhaps, in exchange for the hours of inconvenience, I could receive a 1TB version as a replacement for the 512GB model, as a working drive with more storage would be appreciated.

I am unsure where to direct my inquiry, but I am interested in purchasing many 16 GB Micro SD cards. I would like these cards to be write-protected, allowing data to be read repeatedly without the ability to write or erase it. Similar to DVDs that can be burned once and played multiple times but not deleted. I believe there is a market for such specialized 16-32 GB Micro SD cards. Thank you.

I recently purchased a SanDisk Extreme MicroSDXC card with 128GB. My Canon EOS 7D normally takes an ultra-compact flash card, but I'm using a Type 1 UDMA Extreme CF adapter to read micro SD cards on it. It works at first, but occasionally I get an error message saying the card needs formatting. I can't view newly taken photos, and the camera freezes with a red light on. Could the high speed of the MicroSD card be too much for this camera model? The camera is rated for up to 128GB, but could the Class 30 A2 chip card be incompatible or faulty? What would be a better card option for my camera? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have the SanDisk Clip Sport Go 32GB. This is the third device I have bought from Media Markt within 3 years. The first one stopped working after six months - it suddenly wouldn't turn on at all! The same issue happened with the second device, and today, without any warning, the same problem occurred with my third device. I am very frustrated because it was recommended to me as a very reliable device! Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, but the first two were exchanged for free each time! However, the last device only lasted one year... this shouldn't be the case! I kindly request feedback on what can be done, including any possible gestures of goodwill.
