A few months ago, I purchased a 32-gigabyte SanDisk external thumb drive that has never worked from the beginning. I'm certain it's not an issue with my computer or the plug-and-play function since my WD mass storage, SD cards, and all other thumb drives work without any problems. My PC runs on Windows 10. The SanDisk thumb drive's model number is SDCZ48-032G, SD ULTRA USB 3.0 32GB. There's another number on the drive: BM[redacted]62B. I believe I paid close to fifty dollars for this drive, and as mentioned, it has not worked since I bought it. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in either repairing it online or allowing me to mail it in for repair or replacement. My address is [redacted] S. Hamilton Ave., Scottsboro, AL [redacted]. You can reach me at ph# [redacted]. Kindly leave a message if I don't answer, and I will return your call. My name is Ben Dymond, and I purchased the thumb drive at Walmart in Scottsboro, AL. Thank you from a loyal customer!

I used the Extreme PRO compact flash card for a wedding shoot. Someone else downloaded the pictures for editing, and now my Canon 5D Mark II won't recognize any Sandisk cards. I have eight unusable cards. I took them to a camera store in West Yellowstone, but they couldn't delete or use them in another Canon camera. Any insights on what might be causing this would be helpful. Thank you for any assistance. Regards, C.H.

I've been utilizing a SanDisk 128GB flash drive to store various files and documents without any issues. However, since two days ago, I have been receiving the following message:
"USB device not recognized
The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it."
I've attempted to connect the flash drive to different laptops and my iMac using various USB ports, but encountered the same problem. Despite trying all the suggested solutions, I have not been successful. In the Computer System Management under Device Manager, Universal Serial Bus Controllers, the USB pen is listed as an Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed). Upon further inspection, the message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43). The USB set address request failed" is displayed.
Is there a method or software available that can help me to recover my files (mainly Word and Excel) from the SanDisk USB 128GB flash drive?
Thank you for your assistance and guidance.
Best regards,
Neville

I recently purchased a Sandusky memory card at a mobile shop, and after just three weeks, it stopped working. When I returned to the shop seeking repair or a replacement, I was informed that the product had a guarantee and that I needed to visit the authorized service center of the company. After contacting the service center, I was instructed to call the company's call center to obtain an RMN number before visiting the service center for a possible replacement or repair.

Some time ago, I purchased a SanDisk Clip Sport and was disappointed with it. Since then, I have been using a series of refurbished Clip IZip players. I am curious if your latest MP3 player model can organize audiobooks stored on both the device and the external memory card. Additionally, I would like to know if the bug that groups audiobook titles alphabetically, disregarding articles like "the" and "a," has been fixed. This feature was present in the Clip Zip and made managing audiobooks easier. Despite these useful functions, they were omitted from subsequent SanDisk MP3 player models. Unfortunately, I may have to continue searching the secondary market for Clip Zips since they are highly valued, unlike the Clip Sport. Just wanted to provide this feedback and ask these questions, although I understand if they are overlooked.

I purchased an Ixpand Mini Flash Drive 128GB in June [redacted], but recently discovered it's undetectable when connected to my iPhone. I reached out to request a replacement, but was informed that I must return it for investigation before a replacement can be issued. I am surprised by this process. All my important files are saved on the drive, and it seems unreasonable to ask me to cover the postage cost before receiving a replacement for your faulty product. Could you please review this situation promptly? My work projects are on the drive. Ideally, I would like a replacement sent to me first, and then I can return the defective item at your expense. Please respond urgently. Thank you.

My USB pen drive is not working. I inserted my memory card; how do I access it? My new 32GB pen drive is not functioning on my laptop, why? How do I repair the inserted memory card to access it on my mobile, please help me. I bought a 32GB pen drive from Flipkart in March, but now it's not recognized as a drive. My pen drive and memory cards are not working; please assist us. The pen drive displays storage of [redacted] GB only. I am purchasing a [redacted] GB mobile card and need warranty on my memory card. Therefore, I am using a pen drive and formatting my mobile. My pen drive is not for PC; it's for massage data only (this disk is write protected). My pen drive works on the PC but not on the TV; when I connect to the TV, it fails, and I'm trying to format it. My OTG isn't working properly; can't connect it to my mobile.

I purchased the SanDisk 128GB flash drive on Amazon in February [redacted]. Until today, I had no issues with its performance. When it suddenly became unreadable, I checked with Disk Utility which showed no problems. Despite the blue light indicating power, I couldn't view the contents, so I had to erase it. Afterward, the blue light came on and the drive was visible in Finder. Can you advise on what might have caused this and how to prevent it in the future? Although I lost my files, I can re-save them later. I typically use external USB drives to read the disk and didn't usually plug it directly into my computer. I also have an external backup disk but used the flash drive for extra precaution. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated. My Amazon warranty has expired, so I am wondering if SanDisk might replace the drive if the failure was not my fault. Thank you.

Could you please pass this message along to the man who attended high school? If the reason for the lack of communication is that your business is closing down, I apologize. If this is just how the company is run, kindly direct me to where I can seek guidance for myself and others who have not been informed about the lack of quality control in your company. If I receive no response, I will assume you are no longer interested in selling your product and will spread the word about your closure.

I purchased a 16 GB SanDisk pen drive several months ago, around 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately, the pen drive has not been functioning correctly since the beginning. Initially, I dismissed it as a minor issue, but over time, it completely stopped working. I even tried using it on a different device, assuming the issue was with the speaker, but to no avail. Upon connecting it to my laptop, I was surprised to find that it was not being recognized at all. I am seeking a replacement for my faulty pen drive and would like to know where I can have it replaced in Jaipur, Rajasthan - [redacted]. Swift action on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been a loyal SanDisk customer for a long time. I regularly use their products, including the SanDisk Wireless Flash drive with a C port on my iPad Pro. Everything was working smoothly until one day, the SanDisk wireless flash drive app disappeared from the Apple App Store. I am frustrated by this sudden change after relying on the app for almost 3 years.
After speaking with a customer service representative, I learned that the app's removal may be related to licensing fees or agreements. I hope that SanDisk can resolve this issue promptly so that both parties are satisfied.
Thank you,
Lisa E.

I have a Sandisk Extreme SSD Model SDSSDE60-1T00, S/N 20426R402058 that is 3 months old and was initially partitioned on MacOS Big Sur version 11.3.1 in Apple APFS format. However, I am now encountering issues accessing the drive, with error code -[redacted] appearing during attempts to erase and reformat it. When using Terminal and Diskutil List, the information shows the problematic setup with the APFS Container Scheme.
Since my data is securely backed up elsewhere, I am seeking guidance on either repairing the drive or securely wiping all personal data before returning it to Costco. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I have a SanDisk Extreme 2TB SSD with an 8" male-male connector. When using an adapter to connect it to my MacBook Pro, both the cable and adapter have some wiggle, causing frequent disconnects as I use my laptop. I'd like to find a 3-foot cable with a male connector for the drive and a male Mac Lightning connector for my laptop to avoid these issues. Do you carry such a cable in the WS/SanDisk Store or can you advise on what I specifically need to purchase?

My memory is corrupted after I copied game files from my phone to the Sandisk memory card. The memory card is unreadable and I can't format it on both my laptop and phone. It only shows the capacity on my phone with no accessible files. On my laptop, I can only see the file contents using partition software. Once again, I can't format the memory card or do anything else. Can you help me?

My Sandisk Clip Sport Plus player, less than a year old, is not being recognized by my computer. I've tried different cords and computers, but it still doesn't show as connected in any USB mode. Device Manager doesn't list it under USB or portable storage, and there are no issues to troubleshoot there. I'm eager to troubleshoot further to help my daughter, who is in a residential treatment center for anxiety, to get some new music.

I recently spoke with an agent regarding my faulty SanDisk Cruzer 32GB. At the conclusion of our chat, the agent mentioned sending me a return label and that a copy of our conversation would be emailed to me at [redacted] Unfortunately, I have not received any email or updates on this matter. I have checked my spam folder as well, but there is no sign of the email. Without the case number, which should have been provided in the transcript I did not receive, I am left in the dark about the next steps.

My mother received my courier containing the 128GB iXpand Flash Drive because I am currently out of the city. Upon returning home after 15 days, I discovered that the flash drive was broken inside the packaging. Despite my daily attempts to contact the courier service, I have received no response. I am seeking a replacement for the damaged iXpand Flash Drive, which I only used with my computer, not my iPhone. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]. My name is Mohit Pandey from Ludhiana, [redacted].

I have been using the SanDisk Wireless Flash Drive since it was released. I have invested a lot of money in these drives, and they contain irreplaceable data. I am very confused, angry, and feel ripped off.
I need help resolving this issue:
1. How can I recover all my data?
Where can I find a similar app that performs the functions it should?
2. If the response is unsatisfactory, there will be further issues.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Mohamed. I am reaching out because I am having trouble accessing my flash drive. I attempted to disable Bitlocker on the USB drive, but encountered an error during the process. Now, my password isn't working, and I can't find the recovery key. Despite checking my Microsoft email, I have had no luck. Microsoft advised me to contact SanDisk, the manufacturer of my 128GB SanDisk Ultra Fit flash drive, for assistance with this issue.
