I was given a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo “My Joy” gold flats as a gift from my mother. I stored them until summer when I finally wore them thrice. Despite their excellent quality and comfort, the shoes have quickly developed major discoloration issues. The gold has faded, leaving a silvery hue that makes it appear as if the shoe was originally silver and later painted gold. This is disappointing as I cherish all my Ferragamo shoes. It's disheartening to have this problem with my “My Joy” flats after only a few wears, as the discoloration is noticeable and unsightly. While I have great admiration for the brand, I feel compelled to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gitty W.

Good evening,
I am Nabilah, a long-standing Ferragamo customer. I received a Ferragamo bag as a gift a few years ago and was initially happy with it. However, I was dismayed to find the leather peeling off, rendering the bag unusable. As a loyal customer, I expected better quality control from such a high-end brand. I have attached some pictures for your review and hope we can address this issue promptly.
Thank you for your attention.

Subject: Urgent: Issue with Recent Order
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent order. I placed an order (order number: [redacted]) on December 15, [redacted], for a tie on the Ferragamo website. The item was supposed to arrive by Tuesday at the latest, as guaranteed on the website. However, to my dismay, the product did not arrive on time, ruining a special occasion for me.
I have tried contacting your customer service via email, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. This lack of communication and delayed delivery has left me extremely frustrated and upset. I expect better service from a prestigious brand like Ferragamo.
I am requesting an immediate full refund for the tie I purchased. I hope to hear back from you promptly to resolve this matter. Your quick attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
F.R.

Dear Ferragamo Customer Service,
I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store in New Delhi, Asia. After purchasing several Ferragamo products, including heels last year, I encountered an issue with the buckle fading within a year, making the heel look worn out. Despite being informed it would take a maximum of 6 months to replace the buckle, over a year has passed, and the buckle has still not been replaced due to import delays and changes in management. I have been repeatedly contacting the store with no resolution in sight, prompting me to escalate the matter directly to Ferragamo. The lack of after-sales support in India has been disheartening considering the investment made in your products. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the repair process for my shoe, as it has been in the store's possession for over a year. Please find my receipt attached for reference.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Diksha S.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance to address an unresolved issue that has been ongoing since September. After encountering problems with a belt I purchased on 8/23, I have been trying to resolve the matter with customer service without success. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including emails and voicemails, the situation remains unresolved as of December 10th.
I am disappointed by the service I have received, particularly since the damage to the belt buckle occurred at the NYC 5th avenue location when it was being adjusted. I was recently informed that a new buckle would be sent to the warehouse instead of directly replacing the damaged one.
I have provided a detailed timeline of my interactions and attached images illustrating the issues faced. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Brielle

I purchased a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo shoes four months ago from a third-party retailer. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I noticed they did not fit correctly. Despite my attempts, different insoles didn't help. I visited a shoe repair shop for advice on fixing them, and the owner mentioned they were improperly "lasted", meaning they can't be repaired. He advised me to contact Salvatore Ferragamo for a refund due to a manufacturing defect.
I emailed [redacted] with photos of the shoes, box, and a Salvatore card, but haven't received a response yet. Priced at $[redacted], these shoes are a significant investment for me, so I seek your assistance in obtaining a refund. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes at the DLF Emporio showroom in Delhi, and I wore them only a handful of times over the past few years. To my dismay, when I tried to wear them in December [redacted], I noticed that the heel had melted and was leaving black rubber marks everywhere. This is highly unusual and unexpected from a prestigious brand like Ferragamo. While I understand that the shoe is no longer under warranty, I believe this issue is too significant to ignore. The rest of the shoe is in pristine condition, except for the melted heel. The retailer at DLF Emporio where I made the purchase has not been helpful in resolving this matter. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue.

To whom it may concern,
I am Wilfredo Hernandez residing in Miami, Florida. I bought a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, model TD [redacted] – size 8 ½ EE, on April 29th at your store in Mexico City. Shortly after, I noticed a "clacking noise" from the right shoe, seemingly originating from the heel or arch.
While near your Bal Harbour Mall store in Aventura, Florida for a business meeting, I visited your store wearing the shoes. After explaining the issue to the store manager, he requested the shoes for repair. However, I expressed my dissatisfaction since these $[redacted]+ shoes are new and should not be defective.
I reached out to your customer service, and Natasha advised me to provide a photo of the shoes along with details of the problem. I sincerely hope for a replacement rather than a repair, considering the high cost and prestige of your brand.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Wilfredo Hernandez

During our visit to your store on June 22, [redacted], located at [redacted] Vesey Street Space [redacted], New York City, my wife and I experienced a concerning incident. While in the store, we felt as though we were being profiled and followed by an Asian security officer employed by Salvatore Ferragamo, under the management of Joseph Urgarte. Despite receiving help from a female staff member in the shoe and belt department, we were still closely monitored. The assistant manager, Mark, explained that following customers is standard store policy, even after they have been assisted. This practice was new to us, as we have shopped at other Ferragamo stores without experiencing this. As African American customers, we felt humiliated and discriminated against by this treatment. We kindly request clarification on your customer-following policy, especially in comparison to other Ferragamo stores. We hope to receive a response within the next five days.
Best regards,

Dear GetHuman team,
During my vacation in Prague, Czech Republic, I purchased a reversible belt from the brand Ferragamo. The in-store experience in Prague was disappointing and impersonal. I ended up with the wrong size due to the belt not being labeled correctly and cut incorrectly. I bought it as a gift for my father but only realized the size issue when I returned home to Frankfurt.
Upon visiting the Ferragamo store in Frankfurt, I learned that the Prague store is not an official Ferragamo store and charged me [redacted] crowns (~€[redacted]) for the belt, much higher than the usual price of €[redacted]. The store in Frankfurt could not assist me as they are not affiliated with the Prague store. Despite my efforts to sell the belt or exchange it for a larger size, I was unsuccessful.
I contacted customer service at [redacted] to seek help resolving the issue. I hope they can authorize the store manager in Frankfurt, Samira, to assist me. This experience has caused me extreme disappointment and mistrust in the Ferragamo brand. I never expected such a poor shopping experience, especially in this price range.

I am disappointed by the unprofessional handling of my concern by your well-known brand. I purchased a pair of shoes which were defective, as shown in the attached picture. After sending them for repair, the issue persisted. Despite multiple emails, the store has not responded.
It is frustrating to experience such delays and lack of resolution after spending a significant amount on these shoes. I kindly request a prompt response and a solution to replace the faulty pair.

My partner surprised me with a black handbag from the Salvatore Ferragamo store on Collins Street in Melbourne back in late [redacted] or early [redacted], while I was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. I have exclusively used this bag during European holidays, keeping it in excellent condition. Recently, during my trip to Paris in August-September, I noticed a small tear near the zipper and was advised at a local Salvatore Ferragamo store in Paris to have it repaired in Australia. Upon visiting the Salvatore Ferragamo store in Brisbane on 24/09/19 & 25/09/19, I was informed by Ms. Courtney Clemence, an assistant to the store manager, that the local repairer could only replace the zipper with a black plastic one for $75. I am deeply attached to this bag and its sentimental value, not wishing to compromise its design. I am reaching out for assistance in obtaining a quality repair as I hold Salvatore Ferragamo products dear, having a collection of their shoes and memorable stay at their hotel in Rome. Looking forward to your help.
Best Regards,
A. Kashchuk

Two years ago, I purchased a pair of shoes. After using them normally, the sole broke down in the center, while the other shoe remains in perfect condition. I took the damaged shoe for repair, where they explained that the shoe should last about 8 years. However, due to its design, the rubber sole cannot be replaced. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have chosen this type of shoe. I own 3 other pairs of Ferragamo shoes with regular soles and have never encountered any issues. I am now unsure what to do with these shoes that cannot be repaired.

I purchased a new Salvatore Ferragamo watch for my wife from Amazon as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, when she opened it, we discovered that it was not working. Now, I have to take it to a watch shop and purchase a battery for it. It's disappointing to have spent $[redacted] on a non-working watch. I'm left wondering if there is any kind of quality control in place. The lack of customer service in this situation is disheartening. I understand if this issue won't be rectified, but I felt it important to communicate this Christmas letdown.

Hello, I bought a Salvatore Ferragamo women's belt last year. Today, when I tried to put it on, the buckle fell off. It seems to be broken as springs came out as well. I've had this belt for a year since I purchased it at Toronto's Yorkdale Shopping Mall. Unfortunately, the store is currently closed due to COVID-19. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how I can get this fixed or replaced. I am quite disappointed about this. Please get back to me. Thank you.
