This complaint has been ongoing for about three months now, dealing with Resolver, which has been unhelpful. About 12 months ago, I purchased a red/blue kettle and matching toaster from your company. The kettle started switching off before boiling and then exploded in November, causing glass to be scattered in the kitchen. I provided the model number, date of issue, and photos to you. Since then, resolving this issue has been a struggle, with the last communication being the initial email response. I feel frustrated and would like a resolution that demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. I prefer direct communication with you, without involving Resolver. If there is no resolution in the next ten days, I will escalate this matter further as a matter of principle.

I have been trying to get in touch with you for the past 36 hours via email and phone, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. I usually correspond with Qurat Z without any issues, but currently, I am experiencing difficulties placing an order for the black Digital Bathroom Scale with a large display screen and platform that you recommended. This scale would greatly help me as I have mobility challenges. Due to my recent move abroad, I am facing obstacles entering my UK information on your website for delivery to a different address. As you do not deliver abroad and I want the full guarantee, I would like the product to be shipped to my friend's address so that my son can collect it. Hello, I recently purchased a 3 in 1 blender set which I later returned to Robert Dyas due to water being trapped inside the blade causing a moldy smell and leakage. They exchanged it due to a faulty product explanation. Unfortunately, the same issue has reoccurred, making me believe it's a design flaw. There is an unpleasant smell and black liquid coming out of the blade attachment. This liquid contaminated my soup, resulting in it being thrown away. The model number is EK2827ROFOB. While I appreciate Salter as a brand, I am hesitant to use the immersion blender due to this fault. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you, Cindy C. S.
