I have used Sage for over 20 years and switched to the Cloud version in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I faced numerous issues with it and did not receive adequate telephone support to resolve my problems. Therefore, I decided to switch to Quickbooks in January [redacted]. I tried to terminate my contract with Sage via phone, but since I couldn't reach anyone, I assumed my request went through. Despite canceling my direct debit, Sage continued to invoice me, resulting in an alleged debt of £[redacted].84 which I will not pay. I am disappointed that after investing in Sage for two decades, I now have no access to 20 years of account data.

I am struggling to send statements via email using Gmail. I have attempted various online solutions without success. Despite previous challenges with this, I am determined to resolve the issue this time.
I have followed your troubleshooting guides with no luck. When attempting to send a statement to my own email address as a test, I receive the following error message from Sage regarding the address [redacted]: "Unknown Error. Please check Windows Event Log for more details."
Upon checking the event log, I found the following information:

My daughter resides at 2 Wallis Drive in Leighton Buzzard, LU7 3GD. In addition to enduring anti-social behavior from drug dealers in the small block of six flats, the ongoing issue of a broken gutter causing rainwater to flood her outside walls persists despite numerous complaints. Central Beds Council has highlighted the urgency of this matter to prevent permanent damage. Despite my daughter's efforts in contacting the council through phone calls, emails, and sharing camera footage, there has been no response. Kathryn, a vulnerable adult with health concerns, is not receiving the necessary support outlined in the Welcome Pack policies. The lack of action is leading to damp patches that may penetrate the internal walls, exacerbating the situation for Kathryn.

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with logging into SAGE ACCOUNTS PRODUCTION. An error message keeps appearing.
The system indicates that there are 0 other users logged in, but my license allows only 1 user. When attempting to view current users, an error message states "'[redacted]-05-24 06:05:45 PM' is not a valid date and time."
Even though no one else is logged in, it inaccurately shows multiple users are active.
Please assist me in resolving this issue.
