My policy number PA0-[redacted]A started on April 7, [redacted]. Previously, a policy was canceled on March 20, [redacted]. Recently, my car was impounded, and PennDot claims it's suspended for registration due to being uninsured for over 30 days. An agent assured me over the phone that they contacted PennDot and sent proof of insurance to prevent issues. I need help resolving this situation.

Hello, my name is Casandra Hendrix. In [redacted], Sue Porter Roy included me on her insurance. I am trying to verify if the car I owned in [redacted] was insured when I got pulled over. My license was suspended for not showing proof of insurance to the BMV. Without proof of insurance, I would face a $1,[redacted] reinstatement fee. Unfortunately, Sue has passed away, and I am unable to provide her full Social Security number. I have already paid $1,[redacted] to reinstate my license once before, only to receive another suspension notice from the BMV. I desperately need help to resolve this issue as I cannot afford the fees. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
