I have an SBC email account that was combined with AT&T years ago. I wanted to stick with SBC, but was informed it was possible. I didn't open an AT&T email, but provided a Gmail as a contact. I used to have no issues until the merger, but now I have to sign in every two weeks. I've changed my password frequently and now I can't sign in at all. When I try to reset the password, I get the error message: SAML 2.0 authentication failed. How can I access my SBC email account?

Last Thursday, after my 2-week period ended, my sbcglobal email logged me out. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and attempted to reset it. However, my phone did not receive the SMS code needed for the reset. After spending 5 hours speaking with 4 different techs at ATT, I am still unable to resolve the issue. Although my phone used to receive SMS verification codes, it no longer does. The first tech had me make multiple attempts, resulting in being locked out for 24 hours. The follow-up tech promised to call me back but failed to do so. Subsequent technicians were not helpful, and our calls got disconnected. As I am urgently job hunting, I rely on my email for communication. Your assistance in accessing my email would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am inquiring about the status of the email address "[redacted]" My attempts to send an email have been unsuccessful, receiving the following error message: "Failed; 5.3.0 (other or undefined mail system status). Remote MTA ff-ip4-mx-vip2.prodigy.net reports a network error with SMTP protocol diagnostic stating: [redacted] 5.3.0 flpd585 DNSBL:RBL [redacted]< [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].6 >_is_blocked. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking recommendations for a reliable spam blocker to handle the recent surge of Spectrum spam calls. Lately, I have encountered multiple aggressive callers from Spectrum, despite not being their customer. The persistence of these calls, reaching over 20 times on some days, has been quite bothersome. The representatives are disrespectful, often leaving me on hold indefinitely only to disconnect the call abruptly.
