I recently experienced a flood in my home which has left a lingering odor in our oak bedroom furniture made by my late father. We suspect bacteria might be the cause of the smell. We came across two of your products: Mold Killing Primer in white and BIN Advanced Synthetic Shellac Sealer in clear. We are interested in using the Shellac to get rid of the bacterial odor without having to resort to applying white primer on our precious oak furniture. Could you confirm if the Shellac will be effective in eliminating the bacteria-caused odor like the Primer? If not, do you have an alternative clear product that would be suitable for this issue? Thank you for your assistance! - T.

The Rustoleum Restore product has caused significant damage to my deck. The peeling paint, rotting boards, and rusty nails are all direct results of using this product. It seems that rather than protecting the deck, the product actually traps moisture, leading to the boards rotting from within. I followed the application instructions back in [redacted], yet the peeling issues have persisted ever since. It claims to be long-lasting and not needing frequent reapplication, but in reality, it has peeled off in most areas. Despite being marketed as "10 times thicker than paint," the fact that it flakes off so easily raises concerns about the product's effectiveness.

I am frustrated with Rustoleum spray paint. This is the fifth can I've bought that won't spray properly. I was painting a table using one can per coat and needed to recoat within an hour. After about 48 minutes, the can stopped working, wasting most of its contents. This has happened multiple times before. I am requesting a full refund for the faulty can and reimbursement for two new cans of a different brand. This delay has caused me inconvenience and wasted time and money. It's disappointing and unreliable. I'll never purchase Rustoleum again. Now, I'll have to wait two days to finish my project as I can't get to the store in time. This experience has been frustrating.

Hello, my name is Brandon Dickson. I purchased two cans of your camouflage deep forest green paint about three days ago. I have been working on my bike tank for about two months now. I have prepped the metal extensively, ensuring it's clean and ready for painting. However, upon application, the paint wrinkle, crack, and orange peel. I am highly disappointed with the quality and will not be purchasing this brand again. This setback will delay my project by a week as I now need to sand down the faulty paint. I kindly request a refund and would appreciate if you could provide some sandpaper to remove the paint. Thank you.

I recently worked on a project using epoxy kits from Home Depot and Lowes for a [redacted] sq ft cement floor. While the Home Depot kits worked well, I faced issues with two out of three kits from Lowes. Despite trying to complete the project, I found myself short on product. I believe using two high gloss clear kits from Rustoleum would help me finish the job properly. I have photos and videos of the situation and would like to resolve this by receiving the two epoxy kits as a courtesy. Can you please provide an email address where I can send the evidence for review? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Nozzle Clogging Issue with Rustoleum Spray Paint Hello Rustoleum Team, I have been a long-time user of Rustoleum products, typically purchased from Home Depot, and have always been satisfied with the paint's quality. The main concern I have encountered is the frequent clogging of your spray paint nozzles. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been successful in unclogging them. Currently, I have two cans of spray paint, both 2/3 full, that I cannot use due to clogged nozzles. If you could kindly provide me with a dozen replacement nozzles, it would greatly help resolve this issue and potentially prevent it from happening in the future. With this support, I will happily continue to endorse and utilize Rustoleum products. Otherwise, I may need to explore other paint brands. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, E.L. I am looking to use a spray can of Varathane Ultimate Polyurethane Interior Clear Satin oil-based coating with product number i342077. The printing on the can is unclear, making it difficult to read the application instructions. I have searched online with no luck, and there were no paper instructions included. This is my first time using the Ultimate version. I kindly request the following: 1. Provide a reliable online source for current and future Varathane product application instructions. 2. Email me the application instructions for this specific product. 3. Please address the legibility issues with the owning corporation to enhance the user instructions on the product. I utilized a 1-car garage kit for my 7 x 16 enclosed cargo trailer with a wood floor, following a Rust-Oleum video stating the product can be used on wood surfaces. The product, Rock Hard Polycuramine high gloss, was my first purchase. However, it was thick and somewhat tacky during application despite carefully following all the steps. Regrettably, I only had enough to cover the trailer and not the drop ramp. The next day, bubbles appeared all over, revealing exposed wood even in areas where I was cautious about applying too much. This situation resulted in a messy outcome. Although the tech support person mentioned applying it too thick, I find it puzzling that the wood is still visible and there wasn't enough material to complete the job. I suspect the product may have frozen, affecting its performance. I am seeking a refund for this problematic product.

I purchased Rust-Oleum American Accents Stone Textured Finish spray paint to refresh a significant area. I bought 8 cans from two stores due to limited stock. After applying two coats, the original color is still visible, disappointing me. I aim to achieve the look shown on the can. Can I apply a solid color before the textured one for better coverage? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you, - J.O. Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]
