Hello, I'm seeking the contact information for the construction and project management company working with Rumpke on the Strueble-Colerain project. Since construction began, my new car has been accumulating a film on the paint, likely from driving through various chemicals in the area. I've tried everything to clean it off but haven't had any luck. I believe it's due to the materials used in the construction process not being fully cured prior to being brought to the site. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly valued.

This is my second call in the last 3 weeks because my trash hasn't been picked up on the scheduled Monday pickup day. During the first call, I was reassured that our pickup day hadn't changed and the representative said they would investigate the issue. Even though there was no follow-up call, the trash was collected on Monday for two consecutive weeks. However, the problem has happened again. Leaving trash on the street for over 48 hours in the summer heat is a situation no neighborhood wants. I've been unable to reach anyone on the phone; the long hold times are frustrating, and after waiting, I'm told the call can't be handled and asked to leave a message. The customer service experience has been very poor when calls go unanswered. Due to this unacceptable service and lack of attention to customers, we are considering changing refuse companies.

I had my trash can damaged by the pickup truck, and despite reporting it promptly, I've been waiting for a replacement for 12 days. The delay is causing significant issues because I am physically handicapped and unable to move the trash without functional wheels on the can. I've been forced to pay for assistance to keep disposing of my trash, although Rumpke has not delivered a new can despite multiple promises. This situation is not only inconvenient but also impacts my ability to live independently as a person with disabilities. I have contacted them several times without a satisfactory resolution. As a paying customer, it is disappointing that such a basic service as providing a replacement trash can is taking so long. The longer this goes on, the more it affects my living conditions and causes unnecessary stress. I urge Rumpke to adhere to their policies and provide me with a working trash can promptly.

On August 30th, Rumpke only emptied one of my two cans and customer service promised a return within 48 hours. Unfortunately, my Homeowners Association (HOA) rule allows cans to be out for only 24 hours, and it's starting to smell bad. The representative mentioned they won't take the can if it's over 50lbs, but my can only has about four small garbage bags. I'm unsure of the weight as my wife usually rolls out both cans at once. While waiting for a callback, I noticed other cans on the street still full. The supervisor couldn't pass the message to the route supervisor, who I'd previously spoken to and shared his contact for issues. I'm puzzled by the lack of communication. I've never encountered this problem before. The supervisor mentioned she'll try to relay the message to the route supervisor. It's a minor inconvenience, but we are paying customers. Maybe I should consider emailing Bill Rumpke Sr. to address this issue.

I was disappointed because the trash collectors didn't empty the trash can completely and left it in the middle of my driveway, forcing me to drive through the yard and get mud on my tires. Now there are tire marks on the grass, and I couldn't park properly because the driveway was blocked. Despite normally not leaving my cans in the way, I found this frustrating. I have a Ring Doorbell capturing the can's placement in the driveway. Living on Dry Ridge Road, it's inconvenient to deal with this situation on a busy road. If this repeats, I plan to address the issue with the Rumpke supervisor to resolve it.

Customer #[redacted], I am writing to address an issue regarding my late father's Rumpke bill. Despite canceling the service in November [redacted] and providing all necessary documentation, we have encountered billing errors. After numerous attempts to rectify the situation, we were informed that the outstanding amount is for the cans left at the residence, which are still being used by the new homeowner. It has been confirmed by a neighbor that the cans are in use. I have spoken with Kelly, a Supervisor at Rumpke, who mentioned difficulties in retrieving the cans and changing the account over to the new owner. I have been instructed to submit a lost or stolen form once the cans have been picked up in order for the account to be adjusted. It is crucial to note that the cans are not lost or stolen, and I request the removal of this bill from my father's name, adjusting it to zero. I suggest discontinuing the new owner's garbage collection until the necessary account changes are made. It seems unfair that they have been benefiting from free services at the expense of my deceased father's estate. I discovered that the garbage collectors often only take one bag from the can, leaving the rest behind. This issue is not unique to me; my neighbors on either side are experiencing the same problem. Additionally, the collectors do not pick up any garbage that falls onto the road, which I frequently find myself cleaning up. I reside in Green Hills on Burley Circle in Cincinnati, Ohio, an area known for its cleanliness, and it is essential to maintain its appearance. It is frustrating to have to track down the collectors each week to ensure they complete their job properly. This has become a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident, which is disappointing.

I have had ongoing issues with my garbage collector since their start. Over the past 6 months, I noticed they have been taking my trash cans one by one without permission, as captured by my security camera. Despite my attempts to address this, the collector denies any involvement. I own four trash cans from a different company, not belonging to Rumpke, which have gone missing. The collector nonchalantly mentioned being a subcontractor and doubted any repercussions. Frustrated with the lack of accountability, I am contemplating involving the police due to the lack of customer service during this pandemic. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I attempted to contact [redacted], but the phone number is malfunctioning. The automated message keeps repeating without actually providing any options despite my attempts to select from the given choices. It is frustrating that there is no option to speak with a real person. Implementing these automated systems may be cost-effective, but it is evident that my time is being wasted. After being a customer for close to 40 years, the lack of service is disappointing. It is unacceptable to publish a non-functioning phone number, displaying a significant level of incompetence. Although I have no complaints about the service itself, this phone issue is a major failure. This situation led to wasting more than an hour of my time. It feels unnecessary to prioritize saving a few cents over basic customer service. It is truly disheartening.
