I recently purchased a used Mark III at Cabelas. It was manufactured in [redacted] based on the serial number. I had the gun professionally cleaned before going to an indoor range to shoot. I followed the requirement of using American Eagle 40-gram ammo provided by the range. Unfortunately, the gun had issues chambering the first bullet from the original magazine, requiring me to manually set it in place. The gun consistently misfired and jammed around the 4th bullet in the magazine, even when using a new magazine. Over 60 shots, the gun jammed 8 times, causing me to worry about its safe use as I repeatedly struggled to clear the misfired rounds from the chamber. I also tried CCI ammo with no improvement. I previously owned a Mark II without encountering similar problems. I am seeking assistance regarding this safety concern.

I have owned this LCR-22 WRM firearm with serial number [redacted]5 for several years. Despite minimal usage, the gun is not accurate even at short distances of 5-7 yards. I am considering switching to a different brand due to this issue. I would appreciate it if Ruger could inspect the firearm to ensure the frame and barrel fit within specifications. As a gun meant for my wife's carry and home defense, I would like to hear Ruger's feedback on improving its accuracy. I purchased the gun second hand, approximately a year after its release, and it is still in excellent mechanical condition.

I own several MK 2 Target stainless 22s. I believe it is of the highest quality. As a collector of PO8 Lugers and various fine firearms like Pythons, M27 S&W, and a vintage Korth [redacted], I must say the MK 2 rivals them all, maybe just slightly behind the Korth. I am not a fan of the new MK * due to its tricky triggers that I can't adjust easily without outside help. I greatly appreciate the simplicity of assembling my MK 2. If users followed instructions, we could have avoided issues post-MK 2. A suggestion I have is to consider retooling the platform to 9 mm while retaining its appearance and functionality. I would certainly purchase the entire inventory if this were the case. I am tired of plastic, rapid-fire guns, but the MK2 is a true gem. I take pride in owning 8 of them and plan to expand my collection further.

I recently bought a Ruger 16-inch 6.5 Creedmoor with the gold wild camo, but the gun that arrived at my FFL dealer turned out to be different from what I ordered. The finish is full of imperfections and the stock is warped where the barrel sits. It seems like quality control is lacking, leaving me frustrated after waiting a month and a half for a rifle that looks like it was poorly assembled. I am disappointed with the lack of care in the manufacturing process, especially considering the price I paid. I'm currently without a suitable firearm for the upcoming hunting season. I hope Ruger can address these issues and uphold the reputation I believed they had for building quality firearms. It's disheartening to receive a product that falls short of expectations, especially from a brand I have trusted in the past.
