I submitted a complaint yesterday regarding being denied an additional fixings container and being informed that only one is allowed per person. I am frustrated by this experience. Moreover, I received an email today advertising "free fixings" at your restaurant on my cellphone. Yesterday, while at the Pine Beach, NJ location, I received a minimal amount of fixings in my container - a small tomato slice and a tiny piece of lettuce. I attempted to upload a photo of this, but encountered difficulties on your complaint site. In contrast, I have been able to request extra ketchup or sauce packets previously. Typically, I would receive 2-3 tomato slices and a larger piece of lettuce. The lack of ingredients in yesterday's container made it hard to even notice them. Seeing the "Free Fixings" promotion in the email today added to my disappointment. Thank you. Regards, BM

Hello, I am reaching out about a recent experience I had at Roy Rogers on Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick, MD. Around 9:30 pm, I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and discovered upon arriving home that the buns were untoasted, the burgers cold, and the bread doughy. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, but was met with poor customer service. The employee at the drive-thru window was dismissive and even shouted at me, showing a lack of regard for my concerns. As a loyal customer, I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and that my feedback should be valued. It was disheartening to be met with such unprofessionalism after a long day. I hope that this matter can be investigated and resolved accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On two separate occasions, the first time, I requested extra gravy for my biscuit purchase. The young lady working had a negative attitude and insisted I pay for extra gravy. Despite politely mentioning they usually provide enough, she walked away, rolling her eyes and leaving me without assistance until I requested help. Later, the manager had to ask her to leave after she behaved unprofessionally towards me. The second incident occurred when I ordered a chicken tender kids combo with jalapeƱo poppers. The staff member said her computer couldn't add the poppers at a discount as I had done before. I stuck to my order but ended up paying more without receiving the french fries that should have come with my meal. I called to address the missing fries, and the same staff member only promised to give me fries on my next visit without any further compensation for the mistake. This poor customer service is disappointing and may lead us to stop frequenting this Roy Rogers location, especially considering how often we dine there weekly.

My recent visit to Roy Rogers in Burtonsville, MD was extremely disappointing. On the receipt dated April 2, [redacted], at 7:46 PM, which shows receipt # [redacted]94, I ordered two fish sandwiches. Despite my repeated inquiries about the sandwich contents due to allergies, there was a language barrier with the cashier. Eventually, I was informed incorrectly about the ingredients. Even after clarifying that I did not want sauce and had a cheese allergy, both sandwiches were prepared with sauce and cheese. I believe this issue stems from a management problem, as the cashier's language proficiency should not hinder customer service. Improvement in customer experience is necessary at this location.

I drove from Dundalk, Maryland to Gamsbrill, Maryland with my husband for dinner. Despite spending $25, the food was freezing cold. When we informed the employees, they made rude comments. My husband, who hadn't eaten all day, ended up eating the cold sandwich while waiting for a new one to be made. I highly advise against dining here. When I tried speaking to the manager on duty, she was even more disrespectful than her staff. We requested the names of the employees and the manager, but they simply laughed and dismissed us.

I, Tara S., used to work at Roy Rogers in Waldorf, Maryland. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by racism from my coworkers, who made offensive comments targeting me for being white. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, I decided to resign, citing my mother's illness as the reason. Despite resigning, I am concerned about receiving my paycheck or cash card promptly without having to confront the individuals responsible for the discrimination. I hope to never encounter them again due to their unprofessional behavior and gossiping. I believe the management at the Waldorf location needs to be investigated. Thank you.
