I am currently staying at the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi, specifically in room [redacted]. As an experienced international traveler who has visited many prestigious hotels worldwide, I chose to stay at the Rosewood for my first visit to Abu Dhabi, despite the many other options available in the area. I had a reservation from the 28th of July until the 14th of August.
The check-in process was slow and cumbersome, which was not ideal. Despite our extended booking and stay, we were not offered any complimentary amenities. After being at the hotel for nearly 12 days, I inquired about receiving complimentary lounge access or spa treatments for the remaining 5 nights. Unfortunately, the manager flatly rejected my request, stating it wouldn't be fair to other guests. I found this response surprising, as I believe complimentary offers are typically used to enhance guest experiences and build loyalty.
This negative experience has influenced my decision not to stay at this hotel again and not to recommend it to others. Thank you.
