Hello, I recently bought the Rosewill PRISM T500 Gaming PC Computer Case from NewEgg. I just finished setting it up yesterday, but today, I've encountered an issue with the switch that changes the colors/patterns of the LED fans; it seems to be stuck on one color. I don't want to return the case as it would be a hassle, but the case is not fully functional without the LED functionality. I would appreciate it if new fans, a new front panel, or a new switch could be sent to me to resolve this defect without the need for a return. I like the product and the company, and I just want it to work as intended. Thank you.
