I have been ordering from Rods for years and have always been pleased with my purchases and shipping. However, on February 24, [redacted], I ordered items and paid $14.95 for express shipping. Despite reaching out to Rods almost daily, I have not yet received my order as of March 13, [redacted]. I was initially informed that it was coming via USPS, but later found out on March 11 that it was being shipped by FedEx and that it would arrive on March 12. However, as of March 14, my order still hasn't arrived. While I appreciate being refunded for the shipping cost, I am disappointed that my order has been sent to various FedEx offices without reaching me. I hope that Rods can improve their shipping department to ensure this issue doesn't happen again in the future as I have never experienced this problem with the company before.
