On a personal note, I've faced many challenges such as living with a spouse diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, battling depression, anxiety, and PTSD, surviving cancer, a house fire, a premature birth, multiple foot surgeries, and a knee replacement, all while raising three teenage sons.

I parked in Rockefeller Center's parking garage on Saturday, September 23rd. After completing the transaction, the card reader had issues but the payment was deducted from my account. Two employees insisted I hadn't paid and pressured me to pay again, even though I had already paid. They detained my friend and me for about 30-45 minutes, insisting the payment hadn't gone through. Their behavior was rude and condescending, causing us to miss a reservation I had made for my birthday. It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience, especially as they made a scene in front of other customers.
