I rely on the bus for my daily commute to work. On my first day using the service, the bus arrived at 6pm. The next day, it arrived at 5:47, even though I was at the stop by 5:40 both times. Today, I arrived at 5:40, but the bus tracker indicates a 70-minute wait, putting the arrival at 6:50. This inconsistency makes it challenging to plan my trips. I'm frustrated by the lack of reliability and consistency in your service. When can we expect a more dependable and punctual service from your company? Today's delay is causing a major inconvenience, adding an hour to my commute and disrupting my schedule.
