I was recently permanently banned without a valid reason! In my last game, I admit I got upset, but it was because my Ashe support kept following me and stealing all the kills! She was harassing me, and no one in the game seemed to care, they just kept saying to report me. Come on, Riot, this can't be right! League of Legends means a lot to me! Just ban me from chatting permanently, not from playing the game; that would be really unfair! Please, unban me from playing and just ban me from chatting permanently! Thank you.

I recently contacted Riot Games to cancel an account I unknowingly created through my Google account. I received a response with detailed instructions on the deletion process, requesting specific information to verify the account. The support agent, Exzalibur, explained that the deletion process would take 30 days and required a confirmation statement for account deletion. Although I do not have the username or password since I did not intend to create an account, I experienced connectivity issues preventing me from providing the necessary details. I am seeking assistance to promptly cancel this account related to League of Legends and avoid any future contact with Riot Games. Thank you.

I was unfairly forbidden from standing up to a bully, and it's extremely distressing. I was verbally attacked and bullied by an individual who made derogatory comments about my appearance and disabilities, including my gender identity. As a trans male, still largely keeping my identity private, the bully's remarks about my voice deeply affected me. Despite my efforts to maintain a sense of humor and positivity, the bully's relentless teasing crossed a line, causing me significant emotional distress. I was shocked to discover I had been banned from all communication channels while simply trying to defend myself against hurtful behavior. This unjust punishment has only added to my distress. Seeking resolution, I urge for a fair assessment of the situation. I was involved in a game and on a Discord call with user BrookelynnGG#[redacted], who can attest to the inappropriate behavior of the harasser Kmurr10#[redacted]. Your assistance in addressing this matter is urgently requested, as I find myself pushed to my limits emotionally.

My email was changed, and I am uncertain about the next steps. My username is Hggfcfttyu7 but may have been altered by the individual who accessed the account. The Riot ID is Cranberry#froot, with the summoner name as Cranberry, registered in the Turkish region. The IP address used was 82.25.35.9, and the account creation took place around 04/08/21 in Israel. The account was linked to the email [redacted], which was changed to [redacted] I can access the new email but not the original one used for registration. I am unsure of the birthdate listed on the account, and it's possible a friend played on the account while I was at their place. I received an email alerting me to the email change on the account unexpectedly. The account, at the time it was compromised, held a Silver 3 rank and had VP purchases including the Oni Phantom and Reaver Knife skins, with the first agent unlocked being Reyna.

I am experiencing difficulties trying to uninstall League of Legends from my computer due to various reasons. I am frustrated by the issues I have encountered, such as not receiving rewards as intended and encountering long-standing bugs. This has led me to lose trust in the company and the game. I have come across multiple unresolved bug reports dating back to [redacted], which is unacceptable. The lack of proper support and failure to address fundamental issues have left me exasperated. My son, who is 11 years old, received a 30-day ban from the game for "reports," but we don't understand why he was banned. He is a well-behaved child who adores this game and just purchased the battle pass recently. It has been frustrating to receive this ban without a clear explanation. He never uses foul language, so the reason for the ban is unclear. We have spent over $60 with this company and expected better treatment. I have taken screenshots of the game and shared them on various websites. I cannot comprehend the ban, so I am sharing our experience online to inform others before they spend money on this game. Hello, I'm Gabriele from Italy. I have been playing Valorant intensively for about 3 months. Yesterday, on September 13th, I was starting a competitive match with friends when I was suddenly permanently banned with error code Val 61 for allegedly using third-party applications. I enjoy playing the game with my friends and have never used cheats, hacks, or any other third-party software that violates the rules (Val 61). I am innocent and find this ban very frustrating. During a recent match, I had a difficult time due to a missing support player and an AFK Sona on my team who indirectly helped the enemy become stronger. After enjoying some competitive games with a friend, I logged off only to find that the Riot Client informed me of a permanent suspension for alleged Third-party Applications use. I have never utilized any applications that could impact Valorant gameplay. Curious, I logged into an alternate account to test if the issue was account-specific, but to my dismay, both accounts were hit with a HWID (hardware) ban. This situation has left me unable to access Valorant on my PC, and I am perplexed as to why this occurred since I am certain no unauthorized programs were active. Although I reached out to support, the response provided merely confirmed the ban as final without offering a concrete explanation.

I have been experiencing performance issues while playing VALORANT on my PC with the following specifications: - NVIDIA GeForce GTX [redacted] - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-[redacted] CPU @ 3.30GHz - 16GB of RAM - Graphic Options set to Low - Resolution set to [redacted]×[redacted] Despite these specs, I am getting 50-60fps during the buy phase and only 20-30fps during combats. I have noticed the CPU utilization is very high, ranging from 85% to 99%, while the GPU utilization remains low at around 20-30%. I have tried stopping all processes, updating drivers, scanning for viruses and malware, and attempting various solutions found online, all to no avail. Any assistance with a potential solution or fix for this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am unsure of what has happened. I am from Poland, and although my English isn't perfect, I can communicate fairly well. Today started off well, and I decided to play some ranked games. However, I can't seem to log into my main account even though I can access my other six accounts. I have a lot of information about this account, but I made the mistake of not creating a proper email for it initially. I've been playing on it for over two years, but now it's saying the account doesn't exist. Oddly enough, I am still logged on to op.gg with that account, but even on my phone, I am logged out. I value this account a lot due to the numerous skins and great friends on it. Please help me with this issue.

I have been informed that my account got banned for logging in from a HWID banned PC. I want to clarify that I have never used cheats in the game personally. The ban occurred because I accidentally logged in on a friend's PC. I am a devoted player of the game and it saddens me to see my account banned due to someone else's mistake. I use my friend's PC for gaming because my own is not suitable. I wasn’t aware at the time that the PC was banned, and I had no intention of breaking any rules. Hello, Riot employee. I would like to discuss your matchmaking system. I have been experiencing very challenging games where my teammates are not cooperating, making it difficult for me to enjoy the game. I am currently stuck in bronze-iron ranks and would appreciate being matched in higher games to test my skills and improve. It would also greatly help my mental well-being. Dealing with teammates going 4/16 and encountering trolls, especially in the bot and jungle positions, has been frustrating. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I encountered server connectivity issues last night while playing Valorant, despite being hardwired. I usually resolve this within 2 minutes, but this time I had to exit the game. Upon reporting the issue to remove a 30-minute ban, my account received a 9-day ban for disruptive behavior, affecting my access to competitive play. I always give my best in games and have not engaged in any disrespectful behavior. Unfortunately, I faced discrimination and harassment from teammates for being a female player. I want to appeal this ban as I genuinely enjoy playing Valorant and do not understand the reason for such a lengthy suspension.

My Valorant account, Madara#1taps, was banned for allegedly using a third-party program, although I have never cheated. I have a valuable inventory worth [redacted] euros on that account. The ban was described as permanent with a 90-day HWID component, but I can still access the game, indicating the HWID ban might affect another PC. I'm requesting to have the ban lifted or at least reduced to a temporary ban, such as six months. The only thing I did differently was 5-stacking with lower-ranked accounts to advance from [redacted] to [redacted] RR, specifically to reach Radiant. I hadn't engaged in this behavior prior to this incident, but I doubt that alone caused the ban.
