I recently regained access to my account that dates back to the beta phase, only to discover that it has been banned. Over the years, I have invested over $[redacted] into this account since its inception during the beta phase of the game. Despite not receiving any prior notification of the ban, upon attempting to log in to play with a long-lost friend, I found myself locked out. It is disheartening to see my account flagged, especially since I had to reset my password and even modify my username to comply with the current account regulations, indicative of how long it has been since I last played. I am truly hoping that Riot Games acknowledges the lengthy tenure of my account and the extensive support I have shown through numerous purchases. While my preference would be to have the account reinstated, given the significant number of skins I have acquired (notably my beloved Udyr and Brolaf skins), I am open to some form of compensation if a restoration is not feasible. It is crucial for me to receive some type of resolution, whether through account reinstatement or compensation, to mitigate the loss of both funds and progress.

Hello, my account has been permanently banned for allegedly using 3rd party software, which I have never done. My account name is "i have 4 kids," and it is my main account for playing ranked matches. I reached level 30 playing against bots and now focus on playing ranked games. I am requesting to have the ban lifted as I have never used any unauthorized software. I am an OCE player striving to reach diamond rank and getting my account back is crucial for me. I recently received a permanent ban that I believe was unjust. While I had previously been banned from chatting for using inappropriate language in games, I acknowledged those penalties and refrained from further violations. This time, I was banned for referring to a teammate as a "child" in response to their trolling behavior. I did not use any inappropriate language targeting young audiences. Despite this, I was permanently banned based on the report filed. I acknowledge the importance of controlling my emotions, but I feel the severity of the punishment was unwarranted. I am simply requesting a review of the chat logs to validate whether my actions truly merited a permanent ban. If they were indeed unacceptable, I will respect the decision, but I believe the ban was unjust in this instance.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience on League of Legends. The competitive ranked system is causing me a lot of stress recently, as I've been on a losing streak. The Bronze 1 rank feels like a trap, and I'm struggling to progress. I feel like quitting the game altogether. I'm using a secondary account now, but I'm still facing the same issues. I haven’t played League in months. Recently, I retrieved my laptop, updated League, and found a code of conduct and a perma ban on my account. I suspect my account was hacked since the account name was changed, and there were unauthorized login attempts on my Facebook, Instagram, and Steam from New Jersey while I’m in Massachusetts. Despite filing multiple tickets, my efforts seem to have been in vain. I have been a dedicated player since [redacted], investing both money and time into the game. My account "BoookyTheGOD" is significant to me, and the sudden name change to "lilpeepl0ver" is alarming and not something I would do. I have proof of the unauthorized access to my social media accounts from a different location. My account got banned around a month and a half ago. I was banned for downloading a Minecraft mod pack, even though I wasn't cheating. Despite explaining my situation in tickets, I received responses stating that the ban was accurate and final, with no option to contact them by phone. The Player Support team reiterated that the ban was due to cheating in VALORANT and couldn't be lifted. I feel that I deserve a chance to prove my innocence, as I have been actively trying to resolve this issue.

While I accept responsibility for my behavior, I find it unfair that the players who deliberately ruined a ranked game I was in faced no consequences despite my detailed report. I apologize if my words seem harsh, but I am perplexed by the inconsistency in your enforcement. If a prominent figure like Tyler1 can display toxic behavior without repercussions, why are the rules different for other players? It feels unjust that I received a lengthy chat ban for my attitude while disruptive players went unpunished for their actions that affected my LP.
I urge Riot Games to review and rectify these discrepancies in the ban system promptly. I will continue to reach out until I receive a satisfactory explanation for this situation.

I am frequently receiving 4-hour bans due to my unstable WIFI connection causing me to disconnect from the game. The error code "val/van 6" or "val 6" is what triggers the disconnections and subsequent bans. When I first began playing Valorant, my bans were only for 2 minutes, but now they have increased to 4 hours. I kindly request Riot to consider reverting the ban duration back to 2 minutes as these extended bans are frustrating me.

The hacker is known for playing Pyke on other people's accounts, and there are discussions about this on Reddit and Twitter. I solely rely on Blitz for assistance in gameplay, which I believed to be fully compliant with RIOT's rules. According to RIOT's detection process for unauthorized apps, accounts are reviewed based on playstyle, performance history, and in-game reports. I am having an issue with a Riot employee who has banned me for two weeks. The employee hasn't been cooperative in sharing the chat logs that led to my ban initially. Even after reviewing my last game chat logs, he mentioned that my communication was not constructive and led to my penalty. However, the phrases/terms he stated would lead to a ban were not present in the chat logs. In reality, I was addressing a player's intentional feeding and was engaged in a positive conversation until another player became toxic, which I reported. During the game, there were only minor remarks about the jungle not coming top and a disagreement about a fight outcome. The rest of the conversation involved defending myself against accusations. Despite the lack of inappropriate language in the chat logs, the employee remains unwilling to lift the ban or address the issue further, leaving the ticket unresolved.
