1. I have had ongoing issues with my Linx hearing aids connecting inconsistently to my iPhone7. On some days, it takes me up to 19 minutes to establish a connection, while on other days, they connect immediately. 2. Another problem I've experienced is that when my wife receives a phone call on her iPhone while in the same room as me, the call comes through my hearing aids, causing disruption as she is unable to have a conversation. 3. Despite reaching out via email 10 days ago without receiving a response, my attempts to contact customer service via phone on 10/25 resulted in long wait times, leading me to leave messages. Following additional calls on 10/28 and a transfer to the customer care department after contacting the main office, I proceeded to file a complaint with the BBB for resolution.
