I ordered items for my [redacted] GMC Acadia in late June with an expected delivery date of August 5-10, which has passed. I tried calling with no success due to long wait times, and online inquiries were also unsuccessful. It appears there may be challenges with staffing. In my experience of over 35 years in business, timely deliveries are crucial for good customer service. Blaming delays solely on the current global situation is becoming less acceptable. Acknowledging staffing shortages would be more transparent. I would like a prompt response to address these issues. Thank you. Roberta J.

My order with the number #[redacted] was canceled on 8/31/[redacted], but I was still charged for and received the product. I have been trying for 19 days to reach out to the company for a shipping label to return the item and get a refund of $[redacted].95. My assigned agent, Jessica Hudson, has not responded to my calls or messages. I have spoken to multiple other people, including a supervisor, but have been placed on hold for extended periods trying to reach Jessica without success. Despite my efforts, nothing has been done. I am requesting assistance in obtaining a return shipping label so I can send back the product and receive my refund as promised.

I received my order on January 27th from Fia Inc. that I placed with Real Truck on December 26, [redacted] (order #[redacted]) for item #NP99-44 Gray Seat Cover-NEO. The package was delivered by FedEx and left on my son's porch next door. The box was completely open on one end, and the seat covers were in the box with no inner packaging whatsoever. This was a serious issue! I want to return the seat covers and receive a complete refund because they smell so bad that I cannot put them in my truck. I would appreciate information on how to return the seat covers and receive my refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as I believe no one would put these seat covers in their vehicle.
