I am experiencing difficulties downloading MP4 videos from YouTube since the end of May [redacted]. Regardless of the video or browser I use, I am unable to successfully download videos. The problem has occurred intermittently in the past, sometimes resolved by RealPlayer. I have a Windows 10 laptop with up-to-date versions of Firefox and Chrome. I have attempted two methods to download videos, both resulting in errors. I rely on RealPlayer as a paying subscriber and seek a resolution. I have also been unsuccessful in downloading videos from other websites. I am escalating this issue to advanced technical support and anticipate a prompt response. Should this matter remain unresolved, I may have to reconsider renewing my RealPlayer Plus subscription. On December 12, [redacted], I encountered issues with Real Player while trying to play a DVD. An advertisement for Real Times Premium kept appearing and I couldn't close it, so I ended up purchasing it thinking it was necessary. My order number is AS[redacted]9. Despite this, I still couldn't get the DVD to play. I am not very knowledgeable about computers and only want to play DVDs occasionally on my laptop using an external DVD player. I do not know how to burn a DVD. I want to cancel the Premium player app, but I cannot find a phone number to contact for assistance. You can reach me at phone number [redacted]. My account number is 0 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I bought an expensive lifetime superpass several years ago. Recently, my account keeps switching to a basic level and I am unable to download content. I used to receive assistance over the phone, but now that option seems unavailable. How can I resolve this issue? Interestingly, whenever I call, representatives deny the existence of a lifetime realplayer superpass at first, then acknowledge my lifetime membership upon checking my account.

I have been a loyal customer of Real Time Player Plus for many years. Recently, while using Real Player, I was prompted to update to version [redacted]. After the upgrade, I noticed my lifetime Plus membership icon had disappeared. Now, I am being asked to pay $39.99 for an upgrade to access Plus features again. This situation seems deceitful to me since I already paid for a lifetime Plus membership. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, it has been frustrating trying to get assistance through your customer service phone numbers as they provide no helpful resolution, only a runaround. It is imperative that this issue is addressed promptly so customers can speak with a live representative for support. Thank you.

I am having trouble burning a DVD despite having the premium features I paid for in the past. Despite being able to download music videos from YouTube, I keep getting a pop-up ad to upgrade when trying to burn a DVD. I shouldn't have to upgrade since I already paid for the download and burn disc features. I have tried calling the customer service number provided but always receive a message saying the extension is not available, and there is no email address to contact them. I am attempting to burn some DVDs of music videos, and if I cannot resolve the issue with RealPlayer, I may need to find another software. I recently purchased the PLUS program this morning (2/12/22). However, I am encountering issues with the sweep process. Three times today, the program closed while scanning my library of over 35,[redacted] songs. Additionally, it stops after about 10 minutes in playback mode. I am seeking a solution to ensure the program functions properly, even if that means a refund. If this matter is not resolved by Tuesday, 2/15/22, at noon PST, I will have to contact my credit union to reverse the charge. Thank you.

I updated 'RealPlayer' on my Windows 10 PC yesterday. After the update, the default directory for downloads has changed, causing me some issues.
Previously, files were saved to:
C:\Users\Owner\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader
Now, they are being sent to:
C:\Users\Owner\Videos\RealPlayer Downloads
This difference is causing inconvenience. Any way to switch it back to the old directory?

I have been a loyal RealPlayer customer for over 20 years! I have paid for RealPlayer Plus multiple times. However, I did not want RealPlayer Mobile, and my past email was not answered. I use RealPlayer on three desktop PCs running Windows 7, 10, and 11. Up until a month and a half ago, all of them had private mode, many videos, and premium CD/DVD burning capabilities. I have received messages offering me a subscription update at half price as a loyal customer, but now my premium features are missing. All my devices prompt me to upgrade to premium, which is frustrating. I recently paid $24.99 on March 16th, and I am unsure why. I believe you have records of my payments and I am requesting a refund.
