I received a third notice for payment, even though I paid in January and the check was cashed by my bank. I did not receive a second notice. I always pay my bills on time and I enjoy the magazine. However, I do not want to continue my subscription if this issue is not resolved. My subscription is current through March [redacted]. Please address this discrepancy in your records. Additionally, there is no phone number listed on the bill, and the one provided online is incorrect. It would be helpful to have a correct contact number for customers who need to speak with you directly. Please confirm once my account payment matter has been sorted out. Thank you. A.
