I experienced a high volume of PayPal transactions from Mar 25 to Apr 8, [redacted], with some being unauthorized. Despite my deficit balance reaching ($[redacted].47), RBFCU did not advise me to close the account until around Apr 5. If this had been suggested earlier, the deficit would have been less at ($[redacted].47). I requested a small reduction of $[redacted].12 from RBFCU, but it was denied without explanation. I intended to pay the full deficit balance of ($[redacted].47 + $24.00) and my signature loan balance of about $[redacted].00, totaling ($[redacted].47). Unfortunately, RBFCU refused to negotiate, leaving me unable to make any payments now. It is disappointing that they are not willing to work with customers in financial distress. I believe the shareholders and board members should reconsider their approach for the benefit of RBFCU's profitability. I have saved this email for my protection. Walter A. Bradford

I need to update my address and request a new card with the correct information and a design of my choice. I'm unsure of the steps to take online due to the lifetime ban imposed. It's frustrating to be targeted by scammers despite following the verification process to access my funds. I wish the bank would enhance security measures and customer reminders to prevent such incidents. Being unable to easily contact a customer service representative adds to the dissatisfaction. Despite the challenges, I appreciate the banking services provided. Thank you.

I made a single money transfer today, but my account got locked, causing an overdraft issue. To prevent this from happening again, I plan to move $[redacted] into my joint account to avoid overdrafts. Additionally, I would like to transfer all the funds from my money market account to my personal savings account. This is necessary as I am now aware that I cannot withdraw cash from the ATM due to the account lock.
